Welcome to Tiny Tree Kids Yoga! By visiting our website, booking a class, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining our sessions.

 

🌿 1. General Information

Tiny Tree Kids Yoga offers yoga and mindfulness classes designed for children and families. All classes, workshops, and events are facilitated by qualified educators and yoga instructors.
Our studio and mobile sessions operate across the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.

 

🌸 2. Enrolment & Bookings

• All class bookings must be made through our official booking platform (Fresha) or by direct contact with our team.

• A completed enrolment form is required before a child’s first session.

• Spaces are limited — bookings are confirmed upon payment.

 

🌈 3. Payments & Refunds

• Class fees must be paid in advance to secure a place.

• Payments can be made online via our secure booking system.

• Refunds are available only in cases of class cancellation by Tiny Tree Kids Yoga or with 7 days’ notice before the start of a term.

• Missed classes cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled where possible.

 

🌱 4. Cancellations & Changes

Tiny Tree Kids Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or low enrolment numbers.
If a session is cancelled, participants will be offered an alternative date or credit.

 

💫 5. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical or behavioural information during enrolment.

• Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

• Our classes are non-competitive and focus on mindfulness, self-regulation, and positive engagement.

• In case of illness or injury, please consult a healthcare professional before participation.

 

🌸 6. Supervision & Responsibility

• For childcare and school sessions, staff are present to assist and ensure a safe environment.

• For studio or family classes, parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s wellbeing and behaviour during the session.

 

🌿 7. Photography & Media

We may occasionally capture photos or short videos during classes for social media and marketing.
Consent will always be requested on the enrolment form, and families may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us at hello@tinytreekidsyoga.com.au.

 

🌈 8. Liability

Participation in yoga and mindfulness activities is voluntary. Tiny Tree Kids Yoga and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except in cases of proven negligence.
All care is taken to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every participant.

We respect your privacy and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
